The same must be communicated within 48 hours of delivery.

Products will be eligible for return only if the watch, original packaging, warranty card, tags, and all accompanying accessories are returned in their original, unused, and intact condition.

Non-Returnable Products

• Domestic orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address.

After the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, we will process either a refund or a replacement, subject to product availability.
